Go green this March with two of the best green walls in the city!

In honor of the month that brings us St. Patrick’s Day, this edition of my Wall Guide is featuring two great green backdrops in Austin. If you have ever been to or lived in Austin for more than two seconds I probably already know what you are thinking: “I love you so much”. . .Well, thanks! I love you so much too, but believe it or not there is more than just ONE green wall in Austin. Today, I am taking you beyond the famous I Love You So Much mural outside of Jo’s Coffee on South Congress to the land of the north – The Domain NORTHSIDE.

What’s not to love about a living wall in the middle of a mini metropolis like The Domain? Turn the corner outside of the Apple Store to find this vertical garden growing on the side of the building. It has that Secret Garden vibe, even if a hundred people are passing by on the street while you take a picture in front of this leafy green background (totally worth it for the gram, right?).

The sharp veneer enveloping Suitsupply Austin is very Wizard of Oz – esque. The dramatic off-the-wall texture and deep green hue pays ode to the Emerald City and make for the perfect bold backdrop.

Bonus Wall Guide Tip:
While you are at The Domain go ahead and dine on the patio at Flower Child for a healthy lunch or dinner & take in the light grass green window trimmings that take over the store front.
Thank you for checking out this month's Wall Guide! Is there a special mural or theme you want to see in April? Let me know and be sure to visit February's guide to the best pink walls in Austin.
