Do you love beer so much? Well, you are in luck because today I am sharing a few of the breweries my Husband & I discovered together on our "random-Tuesday-date-day" last month. Be sure to share your personal favorites in the comments!

Austin Beerworks
The second you step into this brewery in the middle of what seems to be a warehouse district off Burnet Road the smell of hops smacks you in the face! Matt loved the smell, but it took me a few minutes to get use to the odor. (I am obviously not a beer fanatic). Austin Beerworks had a very relaxed vibe with a nice covered patio and a food truck parked outside. There wasn't much traffic in the brewery with it being a Tuesday afternoon and all, but the small hipster crowd that trickled in seemed to be regulars.
The Order:
Matthew tried the Fire Eagle (one of their core four beers) and another seasonal IPA from their December specials.

Whitestone
Next, we ventured up to the northwest corner of the greater Austin area to a brewery hidden in the back of a Cedar Park strip center. Sports games were playing on several TV's and flyers for the venue's upcoming themed events were posted everywhere. Matthew spotted a cigar shop a few store fronts over so (of course) he smoked a Kentucky Fire Cured on their patio as he finished his IPA. The covered patio looks out onto the strip center parking lot and a random passenger train (so strange) on the other side of a chain link fence, but it was a nice hangout spot none the less. If you are in Cedar Park and want a place to watch the game with friends, this might just be the place for you!
The Order:
Matthew picked the RayRay Hazy IPA because being a Reynolds what choice do you have?
